1. Where is the mattress stored?
The mattress is an integral part of your Sofa Bed and does not require removal when converting back to a sofa.

2. Can you send me fabric samples?
Yes. We encourage you to request samples as there's no better way to feel the quality. Visit our fabrics page, click
on the samples you want and complete your
details. Your samples will arrive in the
post within 48 hours.

3. Which fabric is the most hardwearing?
How hard wearing a fabric will be is measured using a standard test called the Martindale Rub Test. The higher the number the harder wearing the fabric will be. A score of 30,000 is considered the norm for general domestic use.
The Martindale Rub Test results for our fabrics are as follows:
Linara - 36,000 (60% cotton 40% linen)
Rosslyn - 100,000 (92% new wool 8% nylon)
Appin - 50,000 (95% new wool 5% nylon)
Tiree - 60,000 (92% new wool 8% nylon)

4. Will my new sofa bed fit through the
door?
Yes. We've made our sofa's
so the arms, back and sides can be easily attached once
in your home. In the very unlikely event that we can't get the sofa bed into your chosen room you may request a full refund.

5. How long is
the guarantee and what does it cover?
Our sofa beds are guaranteed for 5 years of trouble free use. We use the best quality mechanism your money can buy. There are over 50,000 of these mechanisms in use all over the world so they are very well tried and tested. Click here to see our warranty.

6. How long is it from order to delivery?
If you place your order today, you can expect to receive your sofa bed within 3 weeks. We'll contact you first to arrange a date and a suitable time. Our installation team will install your sofa bed and take away the packaging.

7. Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes. This is a lovely way to personalise your sofa bed. Fabric must be fire retardant to meet UK standards if in doubt contact your fabric supplier as we cannot use fabric that is not treated. Contact us for quantities required for your chosen size. Fabric should be sent to Unit 14, Calverton Business Park, Hoyle Road. Calverton. Nottingham NG14 6QL.

8. Care of my sofa bed?
Your sofa bed is designed to give you many years of maintenance free operation. It's advisable to turn the mattress occasionally. Clean the upholstered parts with a damp sponge or professionally dry clean. Always remove bed linen before folding away your sofa bed.

11. Are your sofa beds comfortable?
Comfort is a very personal thing, and we have worked very hard to make what we think is a comfortable sofa and a comfortable bed. There are specifics that you may look for though - a deep seat, a high back for example - and to help you with that we have produced a detailed guide to all the measurements of all our products. Remember though, if you're not happy we offer a full, no-quibble 14 day guarantee. (Collection charge applies.)
