"Having had a playroom/visitor room added to our property, we wanted a proper bed that we could also fold away. After a lot of research on the internet, it was hard to find a sofa bed which even claimed to be much more than an occasional bed. Discovering "The Sofa Bed", it seemed too good to be true.
Ever the sceptics, we asked if we good visit their Nottingham based workshop. This we did. It was impressive to see the quality materials, design and manufacturing set up. We got the impression of a company that is big enough to deliver, small enough to care.
David and his team are clearly passionate about design, and almost pedantic about detail. Sitting on the settee was a pleasure - Rachael was asking if we could have one in the lounge when we replace our main suite as they are so comfortable. We were able to choose fabric, colour, size, arms - with helpful but not pushy guidance.
Throughout the sales process, the communication was excellent, and the time slot for the delivery was accurate. The men were professional who assembled the sofa in situ. The sofa fits brilliantly in its new home, and really adds something to the room (we chose a deep mulberry colour). What a great sofa and bed! We are genuinely impressed with both the quality of the product, and the service we received. Many thanks!". |

"This is not a sofa bed but rather a bed that is a sofa too. We are absolutely delighted with the quality sleep we are getting from our new sofa bed. Actually the whole experience has been great. From the seamless service provided at the start to the efficient delivery by your staff, just surprisingly refreshing in a world where personal touch and individual service is usually only a promise but falls short of action.
We were particularly impressed by the personal touch of David who came and assembled the sofa and who made sure that everything was just perfect. We always felt listened to by David and Jessica, the owners who changed things around and who were always ready to accommodate our needs and wishes. And the touch to give us a couple of leather cushions as a bonus was very sweet too.
